3. Counter-Notice Procedure

4. Privacy & Non-Consensual Content (Important)

IndianLeaked is committed to user safety. While we aggregate public content, we understand the sensitivity of “leaked” or private videos.
  • If you are the individual depicted in a video or image on our site and it was posted without your consent, please contact us immediately using the form above.
  • We prioritize these requests. Upon verification of your identity (via ID match), we will remove the content within 24 hours.
  • We do not tolerate “Revenge Porn” or non-consensual intimate imagery.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to terminate the accounts (if applicable) or block access from users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or privacy rights.
